These Terms of Use (the "Terms", also serving as the End User License Agreement / EULA) govern your use of the Mathlings app. By using Mathlings you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Mathlings for personal, non‑commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Standard EULA.
Mathlings Pro is an optional auto‑renewable subscription (Monthly or Yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. All core learning content is free and is never gated by a subscription.
Mathlings is intended for children with parental supervision. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
Mathlings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
